Standing Strong in Difficult Times

Scripture: 1 Corinthians 16:13 (NKJV)“Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.”

As men, we often carry responsibilities that others never see. We provide, protect, lead, and support while facing challenges of our own. Yet God never intended for us to rely solely on our own strength. Paul reminds us to stand firm in our faith, not our feelings. Real strength is not pretending everything is fine. Real strength is trusting God when the pressure is great and remaining faithful when quitting would be easier. When a man stands on God’s Word, he becomes a source of stability for his family, church, and community. The strength God provides is greater than any burden we carry.

Prayer

Father, thank You for being our strength in every season. Help us to stand firm in faith, lead with integrity, and trust You through every challenge. Make us men who honor You with our lives and influence others for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
